Terms of service

1. The service
webding, by Daniel Ceballos, contact email hola@webding.es, lets couples create and publish their wedding website, receive their guests' replies and see them in a panel. The basic plan is free. If there are paid extras in the future, their price will be shown before you take them out.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or over to use the service. You log in with your email and a password, or with your Google account. You're responsible for not sharing the password and for keeping your email secure, because that's how the password is recovered. Each couple's account has one wedding; wedding planner accounts, as many as they need.
3. Your content
You're responsible for what you publish on your website and for the data being correct. You give us permission to host it and show it to anyone with the link, only to provide the service.
Music. If you upload your own song for the website or the invitation video, you confirm you have the right to use it (it's yours, it has a free licence or you have permission from whoever holds it). Don't upload commercial songs without permission: we can't check it, you're responsible, and we'll remove any song that is reported to us with good reason. The music in the webding library is in the public domain.
4. Acceptable use
The website is for giving information about your wedding. It may not be used for other purposes; to impersonate people, companies or services; to ask for payments or bank details; to send spam; or to publish unlawful or offensive content or third parties' data without their permission. We may block or take down a website that breaks these terms or that is reported to us with good reason, letting you know whenever possible.
5. Your guests' data
You are the controllers of the data your guests send when they reply and of what you write down about them (guest list, seating, favours). webding processes it only on your behalf and to provide the service, as processor, under the data processing agreement you accept when you log in. You undertake to use it only to organise the wedding.
6. How long the website lasts
The website is archived 30 days after the wedding (it's no longer visible and no longer accepts replies) and the replies are deleted after 90; we'll let you know beforehand so you can download them. From «My weddings» you can take the website down, delete a wedding, download all your data or delete the account whenever you like.
7. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service running at all times, but as it's free we can't guarantee there won't be interruptions or errors. We recommend downloading the Excel file of replies from time to time. Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, webding isn't liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
8. Changes
We may change the service and these terms. We'll let you know about important changes in advance; if you don't agree, you can download your data and delete the account.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
